All Commercial Drivers provided to you will have complete driver files, experience and fitness appropriate to their assignment and a positive, professional attitude. Your Advantage Staffing Consultants Inc. will provide additional hours of service, log book, pre-trip inspection and driver improvement training as needed. All training associated with the implementation of the U.S. required drug and alcohol testing program will also be provided where necessary, as will all of the costs associated with this program.

We expect our drivers to perform as good or better than your regular staff, and therefore compensate them accordingly. Our pay rates are some of the highest in the contract placement business, but so are our expectations of drivers and their families to attract the very best to work for Your Advantage Staffing Consultants Inc.

At Your Advantage Staffing Consultants Inc., we use J. J. Keller and Comdata safety and compliance products. As well, we have developed a comprehensive line of our own forms. For a complete package of all driver file forms, please let us know. We are conversant in our responsibilities as a hiring agency of commercial drivers, and take this responsibility seriously. We own the largest lending library of training resources in North America, a further demonstration of our commitment to the transportation industry.
